Returns & Refunds Policy – BulkBrandSA (Pty) Ltd

1. Introduction

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from BulkBrandSA (Pty) Ltd (“BulkBrandSA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) via www.bulkbrandsa.co.za or through approved sales channels.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 2008.


2. General Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 10 (ten) working days of delivery or collection
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided

BulkBrandSA reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund, replacement, or repair.


3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Branded, customised, or personalised products
  • Items produced to customer specifications
  • Clearance, sale, or discontinued items
  • Consumables or perishable goods
  • Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

4. Branded & Custom Orders

  • Branded or customised products cannot be cancelled or returned once artwork has been approved and production has commenced
  • BulkBrandSA is not responsible for errors in spelling, design, or layout once artwork approval has been granted
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for correctly produced branded items

5. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must notify BulkBrandSA within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs (where applicable)

Failure to report damage or shortages within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.


6. Defective Products

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:

  • Defective items may be returned within 6 (six) months of purchase
  • BulkBrandSA may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item
  • Items may be sent for technical inspection prior to approval

If no defect is found, the item may be returned to you at your cost.


7. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 working days after approval
  • Delivery, courier, or handling fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

8. Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied
  • BulkBrandSA is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit

9. Uncollected Orders

  • Orders not collected within 3 (three) weeks of notification may be cancelled
  • Storage or handling fees may apply
  • For branded or customised orders, BulkBrandSA reserves the right to retain the full purchase price
