Step-by-Step Guide

The Difference Between a Transaction and a Process

Most bulk orders fail not during the printing, but during the planning. A rushed order with vague specifications leads to assumptions, and assumptions lead to errors. We have seen projects derailed by a lack of clear communication and poor proofing—mistakes that we have intentionally engineered out of our workflow.

A Conservative Framework for Execution

Our 8-step process is designed to eliminate variables and enforce accountability at every stage. We move at a pace that allows for precision, ensuring that the final delivery is a reflection of your intent, not a compromise.

Step 1: Product Selection

We guide you through our catalogue of blank apparel. Because we understand how DTF interacts with different fabrics, we help you choose substrates that ensure print longevity.

Step 2: Branding Specification

We define exact placements (e.g., F1 Small Chest vs B5 Full Back). We don’t guess; we document the intent.

Step 3: Artwork Verification

We review your high-resolution files. If the artwork isn’t production-ready, we tell you. Printing low-quality files is a risk we don’t take.

Step 4: Order Finalization

Quantities and logistics are confirmed. We ship nationwide, but we plan for the realities of South African logistics.

Step 5: Secured Commitment

Payment secures your place in our production schedule. This ensures we can allocate the necessary resources to your order without distraction.

Step 6: Digital Proofing (The Hard Stop)

We provide a professional electronic mock-up. This is the most critical step. Production does not begin until you have signed off on the technical details.

Step 7: Controlled Production

We utilize Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology because of its durability and vibrant colour accuracy. Every unit undergoes a quality check to ensure the bond is permanent.

Step 8: Dispatched Delivery

Your order is packed securely and tracked. We provide transparency until the goods are in your hands.

The Trade-off: Precision Takes Time

We do not bypass these steps to save a few hours. This structure exists to ensure that when your order arrives, it is exactly what you expected. For serious brands, the peace of mind that comes from a rigid process is worth the lack of “express” shortcuts.
